Caleendus is currently in search of Senior Carers to join our team. This position will require providing direct care and support at a senior level, as well as serving as a mentor or coach to new care support workers, overseeing our current team of carers, and leading shifts. Our Senior Carers also respond to emergency situations, provide a supportive role to the carers, and help the clients with personal care, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming. They also support clients with preparing and serving meals, engaging the client in hobbies and activities, cleaning the client’s home, and assisting in documenting care

Person Specification:

• Be eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and have proficient English language skills.
• An NVQ/RQF Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with people with physical disabilities, as well as older people, including knowledge and use of clinical assessment tools.
• Understand care planning processes and possess the ability to write care plans.
• Proven experience in shift management and shift senior roles.
• Having a driving licence is advantageous.
