This is a full-time position with the expectation that you will participate in the on-call schedule. Therefore, applicants must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a Care Coordinator role or similar, with proficiency in scheduling visits and preparing rosters. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and trust within the care team. Responsibilities include coordinating care visits, planning regular schedules, arranging cover for staff absences, liaising with families and healthcare professionals, and supporting the business’s continued growth. The role also involves promptly responding to inquiries and providing care as needed.

Ideal candidates must have:

• Excellent abilities in using numbers in mathematics, in reading and writing, and computer skills;
• Having an optimistic attitude and taking the initiative to work;
• Must obtain a full driving license;
• Worked related to nursing care or have experience in a receptionist position is preferred;
• Good communication and expressing skills, and able to communicate in a friendly way;
• Working initiative, ability to work independently;
• Organised and ensure that you are quick in dealing with accidents or emergencies;
• Having good English level and telephone answering skills.
